Terms

The seller’ refers to Funkhound Ltd.
The buyer’ refers to any individual or company purchasing goods from the website


General

These terms shall be used over any terms contained in any order or offer made by the buyer (which will have no effect).


Ordering

The seller's website, the information on it and any information in emails are an invitation to consider and not a formal offer to supply goods. The sellers acceptance of the buyers order is finalised when the goods are shipped


Order Process

The buyer completes an order by finalising the Check Out procedure on the website. The buyer must provide all information, as required, or the seller may not be able to process the buyers


Prices

By default all prices on the sellers website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Currency conversion takes place online at the applicable rate at the time of purchase.


Taxes and other charges

All prices and delivery charges within New Zealand are inclusive of New Zealand GST at 15%.


Overseas orders

Overseas prices do not include import fees, duties, tariffs, taxes or other imposts or charges which may be payable in relation to buyers order. The buyer shall be liable to pay any of these financial items in their own country.


Availability and Cancellation

All orders are subject to the availability of products. If for any reason a product is not available, the seller will offer an alternative or a refund. The seller will revise the available range on the website as often as possible.


Delivery

Once the seller has processed buyer's order, the seller will endeavour to dispatch the buyer's order within 5 to 7 working days. If the seller is unable to dispatch the buyer's order within this time frame specified the buyer will be contacted and advised the buyer of the updated dispatch date.


Shortages, Damages or Loss in Transit

Once the buyers order has been dispatched by the seller, the transit company shall be Fastway Couriers. The value of the buyers order is covered by the insurance policy of the courier company, up to a value of $2000.

Any damage in transit claims any the buyer must be lodged with the seller within 7 days of delivery.


Return of Goods for Credit or Refund

The buyers goods are provided and dispatched as per the order made on the sellers website. Should the goods arrive with the buyer with what is considered faulty materials or workmanship, the seller will consider a refund or replacement after consultation with the buyer.

The buyer "changing their mind" does not constitute a reason for refund or replacement, but the seller will consider a credit if goods can by returned by the buyer, to the seller, in a saleable condition.
